Coury Hospitality is seeking an inspiring and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead the dynamic F&B programs at Hotel Citrine, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, and AC Hotel Palo Alto. Hotel Citrine and AC Hotel Palo Alto bring together modern sustainability and European-inspired design to redefine hospitality in Silicon Valley. At Hotel Citrine, guests enjoy vibrant experiences, locally-sourced cuisine at Wild Onion Bistro & Bar, and purposefully designed guest spaces. Next door, AC Hotel Palo Alto blends minimalist elegance with intuitive service, offering European fare at the AC Kitchen, craft cocktails at the AC Lounge, and stylish meeting venues—all steps away from the world’s leading tech innovators. Together, these hotels represent the future of elevated hospitality—thoughtfully designed, boldly executed, and driven by culinary distinction. This role is an Executive Committee Member. As our Food & Beverage Director, you are the strategic force behind all dining and beverage operations across two exceptional properties. Your leadership shapes not just menus, but mindsets—guiding teams, curating guest journeys, and crafting moments of excellence. Your command of service is intuitive. Requirements

  • A proven track record: 5+ years leading F&B operations in luxury hotel or fine dining environments
  • Strong financial acumen, experience with POS systems, payroll, and inventory management
  • Passion for service, food, beverage, and storytelling through hospitality
  • An approachable, inspiring leadership style that cultivates team engagement and excellence
  • Operational knowledge across multiple venues and event spaces
  • Keen awareness of guest needs, timing, and sensory experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all F&B outlets, banquet operations, and in-room dining at both properties
  • Manage financial performance, forecasting, and budget adherence across departments
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team—recruiting top talent and creating future leaders
  • Drive service excellence through hands-on leadership and daily pre-shift alignment
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Culinary teams to enhance programming and events
  • Ensure all operations meet luxury service standards, health codes, and safety guidelines
  • Champion guest satisfaction by creating seamless, engaging, and memorable dining experiences
  • Be the face of our restaurants, building relationships with guests, vendors, and the community
