The Catering/Retail Manager plays an important operational, quality control, culinary, catering, and day-to-day leadership role. The Catering/Retail Manager helps the FSD with overseeing food service staff and service operations at a Higher Education location primarily in the Catering and retail service spaces and is an ambassador for Genuine Foods’ to grow and maintain relationships with customers and partners. This role has a strong emphasis on catering coordination, execution, and campus partner satisfaction, ensuring that all events reflect Genuine Foods’ culinary standards and hospitality values while supporting a positive campus experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, has a strong customer service and culinary orientation, and has experience supervising others, managing events, and coordinating logistics.
