About The Position

The Bradley Center has been serving children and families in need since 1905. The residential treatment facility provides 24-hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children with a history of trauma and a wide range of challenges. The Bradley Center is seeking motivated, compassionate individuals with a calling and passion for helping children. This role requires initiative, creativity, and a desire to positively impact a child's life.

Requirements

• Minimum of 60 college credits in social work, psychology, or a related field required
• Minimum of two years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license and car insurance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Previous management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess situations and take appropriate action
• Model and coach therapeutic approaches
• Provide feedback and have critical conversations
• Demonstrate professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and strong work ethic
• Possess problem-solving skills
