The Campus Childcare Coordinator is responsible for providing quality care for children while their parents are involved in other Lakepointe ministries. This role involves facilitating the application and interview process for prospective childcare teachers, processing childcare reservation requests, and ensuring adequate staffing for campus events. The coordinator will also manage childcare rooms and staff according to event needs, including scheduling, food requests, curriculum, and room placement. Additionally, the position requires floor supervision on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, as well as other occasional childcare events. The coordinator will also be responsible for training and encouraging childcare teachers, preparing and submitting payroll, and assisting with budget preparation.
