About The Position

The Nest School is a new, innovative early childhood education program focused on fostering wellness, resilience, and creativity. We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and joyful leaders to join our team as Education Coordinators. This role involves delivering a proprietary curriculum in special classes to each classroom, serving as a role model for children and staff, and ensuring overall program quality. The Education Coordinator will also act as an additional support to teachers, children, and families. As a member of the management team, this position will train teachers in effective teaching styles, transitions, and communication techniques. Daily administrative tasks include opening and closing procedures, touring, answering phones, classroom coverage, and monthly purchasing and organizing of curriculum supplies.

Requirements

Meet all state and Nest School requirements to work with children.
Experience in teaching.
Ability to energetically model and participate in athletic activities, deep stretches, active songs, and dance routines.
Outgoing leader with a desire to spread joy and fun.
3 years of Teaching/Childcare experience.
Current CDA Certificate, OR Associates or bachelor’s in education, OR Degree in unrelated field with current CDA certificate.
CPR Certification (Preferred)
