About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Campus Beverage and Vending Operations Manager for an upcoming project opportunity: Campus-Wide Beverage Vending and Pouring Rights. This role involves planning and executing various operational aspects of beverage vending and pouring rights across a campus, including product, route, replenishment, event, service-level, staffing, inventory, outage, and customer-service operations. The manager will establish operating plans, service levels, staffing, routing, inventory controls, safety requirements, and escalation paths. They will schedule and coordinate people, sites, materials, equipment, vendors, access, and dependencies for each operating cycle. Execution includes maintaining records for service, inventory, custody, completion, incidents, exceptions, maintenance, and performance. The role also involves reconciling outputs, correcting exceptions, and submitting operating reports, asset records, and acceptance or handoff packages. A key part of the role is tracing assigned work to RFP scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria, schedule milestones, and supporting evidence. The manager will review solicitation materials, document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and client decisions. They will prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordination with various workstreams (project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations) is essential. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalating blockers before they impact submission or delivery readiness are also core responsibilities.
