The Campus Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration, communication, and delivery of employee benefits programs within a campus or multi-campus environment. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources for Benefits with direct supervision from the Benefits Manager, this role serves as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, and administrators. This role works collaboratively within the department, ensuring employees understand and effectively utilize available benefits while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and regulations. This role requires regular interaction with external stakeholders including Grants Officers, Program Managers, external partners, and vendors.
