About The Position

Restaurant Associates, a leader in dining and event catering, is seeking an accomplished and polished Campus Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee the dining portfolio of their client, TD Bank, at their multi-building campus in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who excels in high-touch service environments, people leadership, and delivering flawless execution across all aspects of food and beverage operations. The candidate will be a hands-on operator, comfortable engaging with guests, directing service, coaching staff, and partnering with executives. A refined professional presence is essential to represent the brand with poise. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5-7 years of foodservice leadership, with at least 3+ years in management roles.
Strong background in high-end restaurants, hotels, or corporate environments.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams while maintaining a calm, polished, and professional presence.
Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget oversight, cost management, and forecasting.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for cafe, executive dining, catering, retail spaces, and Barista Bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence across the campus.
Serve as a highly polished point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through professionalism, communication, and partnership.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, food cost control, and inventory oversight.
Recruit, train, lead, and develop high-performing teams; drive a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Act as a hands-on leader supporting service, resolving guest concerns, coaching staff, and ensuring excellence on the floor.
Collaborate with culinary leadership on innovative menu development, seasonal offerings, and event-driven menu design.
Lead and grow catering services, ensuring flawless execution for executive meetings, VIP functions, and events.
Oversee the Barista Bar experience and operations, ensuring consistent service standards, product quality, colleague engagement, and an elevated guest experience.
Deliver Experience Packages and activations within spaces, such as coffee tastings at the Barista Bar and other colleague-focused food and beverage experiences.
Create, distribute, and post food service content across online platforms and distribution lists, including menus, promotions, and program updates on channels such as Viva Engage.
Lead Food Service Programming, including limited-time offerings, promotional products, meal combinations, and other initiatives designed to drive participation and enhance the colleague experience.
Organize pop-up food events and develop relationships with local partners to bring relevant and engaging offerings to the campus.
Collect and evaluate colleague feedback and use insights to manage program performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the food service experience.
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements; maintain compliance with health department standards and company protocols.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the operation.
