The Campus and Talent Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AAFCPAs' workforce. This role involves leading efforts in recruiting top talent from colleges, overseeing impactful educational programs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires. Requirements

  • 3+ years in college recruitment, talent acquisition, or program management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in professional services or public accounting is a plus.
  • Experience with virtual recruiting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent from universities and community colleges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking activities to promote AAFCPAs as an employer of choice.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for the Campus Ambassador Program, overseeing its design and management.
  • Act as the main liaison with community colleges, developing and implementing tailored programs.
  • Support initiatives like CPA Prep Review and MBA sponsorship programs, ensuring their smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine education programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure new team members are integrated seamlessly into their roles and the AAFCPAs culture.
  • Work closely with the broader Talent Management team to align early talent initiatives with overall recruitment and development strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to innovate and enhance the firm's approach to college recruiting and early talent engagement.
