About The Position

The Miracle Ranch Internship Program is a structured, year-round developmental experience for individuals committed to Jesus Christ who want to grow in Christian leadership, camp ministry, hospitality, youth development, and servant leadership. Interns receive hands-on training, mentorship, practical ministry experience, and supervised participation in camp operations while supporting the mission of Miracle Ranch. They contribute to camp programs, guest experiences, and ministry activities, and gain exposure to multiple operational areas as part of an educational and developmental experience. Interns are expected to participate in camp community life and help create an environment where staff, volunteers, campers, and guests can experience Christ. The primary purpose of the internship is leadership development, ministry formation, professional growth, and practical learning through supervised participation in camp ministry and operations. Operational and support activities are part of the structured learning experience and are not intended to replace regularly staffed positions. Interns also share community responsibilities that support campers, guests, and staff, while maintaining a focus on learning, leadership development, and ministry service. The role has no supervisory responsibilities.
