Campaign Manager

ServiceNowFranklin, TN

About The Position

World Forum is ServiceNow's global field event series — nine cities, six continents, thousands of customers and prospects in the room. This role executes on the marketing campaigns that bring the series to life. As the Campaign Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll partner closely with the Senior Manager who sets the global campaign architecture, then own the work that makes it real: campaign operations, digital presence, and sales enablement. You'll be the connective tissue between the plan and the output. This role is for someone with high creative standards and the speed to match. You move fast without losing craft. You embrace AI as a core part of how you work — not to replace judgment, but to sharpen it and ship better work, faster. If you thrive in environments where the work is hard, the pace is relentless, and the output actually matters — this is the role.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in B2B campaign marketing, event marketing, or a combination — you've run campaigns from brief to results, not just pieces of them.
  • Genuine creative instincts. You have taste. You know the difference between good enough and great, and you consistently push toward great — even under time pressure.
  • AI fluency. You already use AI tools as part of how you work — for drafting, research, analysis, optimization — and you're always looking for new ways to raise the bar with them.
  • Familiarity with our core stack — AEM, Marketo, PowerBI, and Claude — is a plus; comfort picking up new tools quickly is a must.
  • Digital chops: you've managed paid media campaigns and/or owned website content. You're comfortable with performance data and know how to act on it.
  • Strong written communication. You can write crisp, on-brand copy and clear internal briefs without much back-and-forth.
  • Operational reliability. You manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping balls. Timelines, trackers, cross-functional coordination — this comes naturally.
  • High energy in a fast-paced environment. You don't wait to be told what to do. When something's broken, you fix it. When something's missing, you build it.
  • Collaborative by nature. You work well with regional teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors — adapting your style without losing your standards.

  • Keep campaigns on schedule even when priorities shift.
  • Own the World Forum digital audience acquisition — from city landing pages to email communications to paid media campaigns.
