About The Position

Aspire is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our Managed Services Team. This role is responsible for providing influencer and social campaign management across a range of diverse enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, and confident in providing outstanding client support on a variety of complex accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of client management experience
  • Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness
  • Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our clients
  • Demonstrate initiative to suggest and implement new ideas
  • Possess strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills to identify and determine steps needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute them with minimal feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to new priorities as required
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • BA degree or higher strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TikTok Shop and social commerce campaigns is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute large-scale influencer marketing campaigns for top-tier brands, supporting clients' influencer marketing goals.
  • Own key client relationships day to day, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted partner across all campaign activity.
  • Lead integrated influencer marketing strategies in partnership with Account Directors, aligning on goals, KPIs, and budget to scope campaigns and set timelines.
  • Identify client goals and translate them into the right influencer strategy, from awareness to conversion.
  • Manage full-funnel campaign execution alongside Campaign Associates, providing consistent guidance and collaboration throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage and mentor Campaign Associates, supporting their growth and development while driving strong campaign execution.
  • Maintain prescribed SLAs and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities to clients.
  • Deliver clear, compelling analytics and performance reporting across all KPIs, from awareness to conversion.
  • Build and present polished, executive-facing presentations that tell the story of campaign performance.
  • Partner Agency Leadership to continuously improve processes and implementation.
  • Support Agency Leadership on overall project management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing feedback openly and stepping in to support teammates when needed.
  • Bring exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented, executional mindset to every campaign, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and campaign workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Execute consistently in accordance with the team's operational plan.
