About The Position

The Campaign Manager will bring clarity to vision, momentum to ideas, and excellence to execution, partnering closely with brand and project owners to take powerful messages from concept to impact. As a key member of the broader Marketing team, this role provides project-level leadership for integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, broadcast, events, etc.). The Campaign Manager acts as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned brand/product, working to understand their goals, objectives, business cycles, and desired outcomes. Utilizing business insights and a mix of owned, paid, and partner marketing channels, this role develops and deploys multiple marketing campaigns throughout the year, reports on performance, and optimizes programs for efficiency. This is an onsite role in Franklin, TN. Samples of work are requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ marketing and customer service experience.
  • Experience in agency or in-house environments with multi-brand/multi-location environments.
  • Experienced in full, comprehensive campaign mediums (broadcast, outdoor, print, digital, and mail).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the creative process, ability to commission creative development, and work with creative producers.
  • Good understanding of current marketing trends.
  • Exceptional Project Management skills and planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Expert problem-solver with strong skills in time management, budget, and process improvement.
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with brand/product owners, Marketing team peers, and support departments.
  • Utilize insights from past campaign and channel performance to build integrated marketing campaigns across various mediums: digital (websites, email, social, text), radio, events, direct mail, etc.
  • Assemble campaign plans into a comprehensive view for clients and team.
  • Plan, organize, and reserve inventory to ensure availability for each campaign component.
  • Collaborate with channel managers, producers, and project managers to commission content in a timely manner.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews and secure timely approvals of all campaign content.
  • Oversee the implementation of all campaign components, ensuring accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize.
  • Compile reports on campaign performance, presenting results and learnings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating needs, utilizing appropriate communication, and following up on commitments.
