About The Position

DT Global is engaged by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to manage the Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) Program. BCEP represents a significant investment in promoting participatory democracy in PNG, with a goal to strengthen citizen-government engagement for improved service delivery and provision of public goods. Requirements

  • Experienced communications professional with a strong track record designing and delivering complex behaviour change, public awareness or social marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital communications, social media management and data-driven audience engagement.
  • Ability to use analytics and insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Skilled relationship builder with experience working collaboratively with government, development partners, civil society organisations, media and community stakeholders.
  • Experience leading the development of high-quality communications products across multiple platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence diverse audiences and deliver measurable campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, delivery and continuous improvement of high-impact communications campaigns across Papua New Guinea, managing campaign strategy, production, stakeholder engagement, media activities and performance evaluation to influence attitudes and behaviours through evidence-based approaches.
