Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and demand generation.
  • Proven track record of executing successful ABM and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in demand generation strategies, including ABM, inbound marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for cybersecurity and ABM initiatives, aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns reflect key messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and manage campaign assets, including email, webinars, content, and digital ads, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Leverage intent data, behavioral signals, and performance insights to optimize campaign targeting and engagement.
  • Build and maintain campaign playbooks, templates, and scalable processes to ensure repeatable success.
  • Own campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, handoff processes, and pipeline targets.
  • Drive testing and optimization across digital channels, landing pages, and content formats to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper lead management, attribution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to develop compelling assets that support campaign objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with Field Marketing to support regional priorities and execution.
  • Manage campaign timelines and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Continuously refine campaign processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance.
