The Campaign Implementation Associate supports the successful execution of advertising campaigns by providing administrative and operational assistance to the Campaign Implementation team. This role is responsible for tracking campaign progress, maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance, validating installations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

  • Associates Degree (preferred)
  • A minimum of two (2) years of project management experience or three (3) years in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative support role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Implementation Manager, including tracking progress and maintaining accurate campaign records.
  • Assist in coordinating workflows between internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Verify and document the completion of campaign installations across enterprise and premium-local campaigns.
  • Identify discrepancies or non-compliance issues and escalate them promptly to the Campaign Implementation Manager and Dispatch Team.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, including key milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparation of detailed progress reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highlight any potential risks or delays and recommend solutions to maintain on-time delivery.
  • Create polished and professional photo decks for clients and internal leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to prepare presentations and reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within campaign compliance workflows.
  • Train internal and external associates on compliance workflows and implementation processes
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
