About The Position
We are looking for a Campaign Assistant to help lead high-profile campaigns for Manhattan Theatre Club and New York Philharmonic. This role involves stepping into real leadership by running shifts, coaching and motivating a calling team, managing reports, and providing backup to the Campaign Manager. - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and databases quickly.

- Ability to remain calm under deadline pressure.

- Experience as a theatre person, artist, performer, or creative.
Responsibilities
- Running the room during shifts, including attendance, lead distribution, coaching representatives, and quality-checking transactions.
- Stepping in for the Campaign Manager when needed.
- Helping to hire, train, and support the calling staff.
- Keeping accurate and timely reports in CenterStage.
- Ensuring client transactions are accurate.
- Ensuring the shift runs smoothly.
