The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking an Integrated Social Worker for the Colorado Adolescent Maternity Program (CAMP) at UCHealth. CAMP is a psychosocial support program for pregnant adolescents aged 22 and under, integrated into their obstetric care. The program serves a diverse patient population and the Integrated SW will provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting to high-risk and psychosocially complex perinatal adolescents. Services include psychosocial assessment, brief interventions, support, and education for issues such as young maternal age, psychosocial stress, resource needs, interpersonal violence, sexual assault, child protection concerns, depression, trauma, substance misuse, complex mental health concerns, medical adherence, and adjustment to pregnancy. The role involves collaboration with CAMP team members (care coordinator, dietician, psychologist) and other integrated behavioral health clinicians. This is an onsite position with services provided in-person and via telehealth.
