About The Position
ELS is hiring a Camp Host in Yuma, Arizona. The Courtesy Patrol walks and patrols the campground, answers questions, enforces rules, and helps ensure the safety of guests and their belongings. The role handles stressful situations calmly and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize guest satisfaction and solve problems.
- Comfort working in a team atmosphere.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in security or law enforcement.
- Experience working in an RV environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine patrolling and site inspections.
- Monitor the resort and identify and address issues or areas of concern.
- Ensure property security and contact law enforcement if necessary.
- Use quick and reasonable judgment.
- Monitor guests entering through the campground gate and validate their permission to access the property.
- Conduct golf cart and rental inspections.
