Summer Camp Counselor - Forest Lakes Park
About The Position
St. Andrew's Parks and Playground is searching for several Camp Counselors for our summer camp program at Forest Lakes Park. This is a seasonal position that runs during the summer break, located at Forest Lakes Park, 1822 Gun Club Road. The ideal teammate is passionate about working with children and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for over 80 years! This is a great position for fun individuals who love caring for and developing children 5 - 12 years of age. It's also a great way to earn experience for Early Education or similar college majors, while making money!
Requirements
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to work half-day or full-day shifts during the summer
- Must attend paid pre-camp training sessions (select dates between May 11 and May 29)
- Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings (background checks, employment eligibility verification, post-offer drug screening)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Early Education or similar college majors
