The role of the counselor at summer camp is to provide a nurturing, enriching, and Christ-centered environment where campers can grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and experience the transformative power of faith in their lives. Counselors must commit to working the months of June and July with time off upon request to camp directors. Counselors are given 4 to 8 hour shifts per day and may not exceed 40 hours per week. Summer Camp operates from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
