About The Position
Join a fun, fast-paced team of dog lovers in a hands-on, active environment where you get paid to work, play, and care for dogs all day. This role is located in Flower Mound and is perfect for dog lovers and animal enthusiasts, including veterinary assistants or students, and candidates with pet care or animal handling experience who enjoy active, hands-on work.
Requirements
- Must love dogs and be comfortable with all breeds and sizes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dogs (daycare, kennel, vet, grooming, or similar) preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred (training provided).
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and safely manage groups of dogs during playtime.
- Monitor dog behavior, health, and interactions.
- Feed dogs and assist with medications as needed.
- Clean and sanitize play areas and cabins daily.
- Communicate with pet parents in a friendly, professional manner.
- Support team operations to keep shifts running smoothly.
- Lead a team of 6–8 staff (Shift Lead responsibilities).
