About The Position

The primary function of this role is to coach during camp by leading sessions and implementing camp plans. This position involves facilitating and coaching campers, leading drills and sessions, and implementing the camp plan. Other related duties may be assigned within the same classification or lower.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required.
• Athletic experience as an athlete and or coach required.
• Ability to teach sport-specific skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with staff, students, and parents.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with business technology applications (e.g. Video/Web Conferencing, Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or PowerPoint preferred).
• Employee must retain active licenses, certifications, and enrollment as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs other related duties as assigned within the same classification or lower.
