About The Position
This role involves submitting, tracking, and resolving all legal obligation requests for leased shopping centers. It includes assisting with Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Audit Claims, handling miscellaneous administrative items, and providing administrative support to the Manager of Real Estate Operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of Real Estate Experience
- Certified Notary Public
- Ability to read, negotiate and understand legal documents/contracts
- Ability to multi-task, work and make decisions independently
- Ability to work independently
- Decision-making skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem solving skills
- Basic skill level in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, including the ability to quickly learn other applications
- Negotiation skills
- Basic skill level in Compass, SAP, and BrassRing
