Requirements

Fully bilingual in French and English (fluent written and spoken).
Dedicated to working overnight shifts, including weekend availability.
Customer Service (1 year required), call centre experience (1 year preferred)
Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional demeanor.
Windows-based computer proficiency.
Fast learner with strong typing skills (at least 35WPM).
Detail-oriented and capable of processing information logically.
Punctual with an exceptional attendance record and a true team-player mindset.
Secondary school/High School Diploma or equivalent
Personal PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or above
High-speed internet connected directly via Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi I s not permitted for work).
Dedicated wired USB headset with a microphone
A quiet, distraction-free room/office with a closed door to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Handle overnight calls from our clients (we are strictly an inbound service, not a telemarketing centre).
Professionally greet callers, provide details, and gather required information.
Relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing urgent and emergency calls.
Respond to customer requests professional and accurately.
