Requirements
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer-facing service role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or ticketing software.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound calls and email enquiries regarding ticket sales, event information, and general queries.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our diverse programme of concerts, tribute shows, and community events.
- Process ticket bookings, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately using our designated ticketing system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all theatre schedules, promotions, and policies.
- Meticulously record customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all patrons.
