About The Position

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be one of the first voices a homeowner hears when they begin their Renewal by Andersen journey. You’ll connect with homeowners, uncover their needs, build trust, and schedule high quality in home consultations. This is a fast paced, performance driven sales environment where strong communication, resilience, and a genuine desire to help people are key to success. Through outbound calling, inbound calls, and digital outreach, you’ll play an important role in creating a great homeowner experience while helping drive the success of our team. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and actively listen to understand homeowner needs.
  • Confidence handling objections and communicating value.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay positive and focused in a high volume environment.
  • Comfortable using technology, multiple communication channels, and entering information accurately.
  • Open to coaching, role play, feedback, and continuous development.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, call center, inside sales, or appointment setting experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in a fast paced, performance driven environment is a plus.
  • Consultative selling or objection handling experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with homeowners through high volume outbound calls, inbound calls, and digital communication.
  • Build rapport, uncover homeowner needs, and use consultative selling techniques to schedule quality appointments.
  • Overcome objections with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Communicate the value of an in home consultation and offer the earliest appropriate appointment.
  • Accurately document homeowner information, project needs, appointment details, and notes.
  • Ensure appointments meet current homeowner, qualification, and scheduling requirements.
  • Manage scheduling based on territory availability and approved scheduling processes.
  • Use technology, scripts, processes, and systems to support effective homeowner interactions.
  • Participate in coaching, call reviews, role play, and ongoing training to strengthen your skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with teammates and leaders to achieve daily goals and contribute to a positive, team oriented environment.
  • Stay current on products, promotions, policies, and homeowner qualification standards.
