About The Position

As a Call Center Vehicle Buyer, you help customers turn their cars into cash while keeping BYOT’s inventory moving. No automotive experience needed. We’ll train you. BYOT Auto Parts keeps communities rolling by buying cars and supplying quality used parts across Texas and Louisiana. We believe in teamwork, growth, and giving people the chance to build real careers.

Requirements

• Enjoy talking with people
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Stay positive in a fast-paced environment
• Learn quickly and like structured processes
• Customer service, call center, or sales experience (helpful, not required)
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to relocate before starting if outside the area.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from people selling their vehicles
• Ask simple questions and use our system to make fair offers
• Negotiate pricing based on training and company guidelines
• Coordinate pick-ups with our tow & logistics team
• Keep accurate notes in our call center software
• Hit individual & team performance goals
