About The Position

Menards is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Call Center Team! As a Call Center Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting customers who call in with questions about our stores and products. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner!

Requirements

PM availability preferred
Weekend availability required
Must be able to work ONSITE at the General Office in Eau Claire, WI
Must be proficient with keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Outlook, basic phone system hardware.
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner

Responsibilities

Provides direct customer service through oral and written communication via phone call and email using Menards-provided programs.
Sells products directly and fields customer phone inquiries regarding product questions, pricing, and availability.
Processes sales and special orders based on customer requests and needs.
Provides clarification on Menards return policies and processes returns accurately.
Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to solve customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
