About The Position

Menards is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their Call Center Team. As a Call Center Team Member, the individual will be responsible for assisting customers who call in with questions about stores and products. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, requiring the provision of excellent customer service and ensuring all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers who call in with questions about our stores and products
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide direct customer service through oral and written communication via phone call and email using Menards-provided programs
  • Contribute to store sales by selling products directly
  • Field customer phone inquiries regarding product questions, pricing, and availability
  • Process sales and special orders based on Customer requests and need
  • Provide clarification on Menards return policies and process returns accurately
