Part Time Call Center Agent
About The Position
Anserfone is immediately hiring Part Time Call Center Agents to provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to their clients' customers. Agents will handle calls for various businesses, including medical offices, apartment complexes, and professional services, ensuring all message details are collected thoroughly and accurately. This is an in-office position where agents will professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request information, transfer calls, or take messages as needed. Agents will be trained on a state-of-the-art call processing system and various call center tools. The role is strictly for inbound calls, with no outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls involved.
Requirements
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Good attendance
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)
