About The Position

The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls in a timely manner, directing calls appropriately by transferring and/or taking detailed messages, and scheduling appointments according to physician profiles. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The specialist will also assist with other assigned tasks.
