About The Position

The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls in a timely manner, directing calls appropriately, and scheduling appointments. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and computer literacy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer service, a genuine desire to assist others, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
