Responsibilities

  • Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
  • Adjust messaging to meet the needs of specific customers
  • Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
  • Collect homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
  • Set and confirm appointments for in-home consultations
  • Enter appointment and customer data into the system
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all conversations
  • Coordinate appointments with canvassers and sales representatives
  • Conduct quality control calls
  • Answer inbound calls from potential customers
  • Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
  • Update lead information and maintain reports
