Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking experience is preferred but not required
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and providing timely, accurate solutions.
  • Assist customers with a variety of account related services, including debit card support, address updates, fund transfers, online banking assistance, and other banking inquiries.
  • Build positive relationships by listening actively, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Resolve concerns professionally and confidently, transforming challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while handling customer information.
  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
