At INOVA Federal Credit Union, our Call Center Specialists are often the first voice our members hear. Whether answering questions, finding solutions, or connecting members with the right products and services, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional member experiences.

  • Maintain eligibility for membership with the credit union, including opening and maintaining the required membership savings account.

Responsibilities

  • Answer member calls with a friendly, professional attitude

  • Troubleshoot online and mobile banking issues
