About The Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking an experienced Call Center Scheduler to support clinics in GI and Radiology in St. Paul. The scheduler is an integral part of the patient experience and often provides patients with their first impression of the clinic. The role involves scheduling regular appointments and procedures, assisting patients, and handling related administrative work.

The position is full-time, with hours approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on the assignment. Pay is $30.74 to $32.86 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Experience with EPIC scheduling.
• Background in medical scheduling.
• Past work in a call center environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Great attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly.
• Register patients.
• Assist with scheduling regular appointments and various procedures.
