About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is hiring a Call Center Sales Representative to connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel. The representative follows up on leads, guides prospective customers through the next step in the sales process, and schedules design consultations. The role offers hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus potential, with typical annual earnings of $50,000–$70,000. BathWorks describes itself as a fast-growing, locally owned West Michigan company focused on long-term careers, team growth, craftsmanship, and doing the right thing. The position is based at the company’s Byron Center office and follows one of two consistent schedules: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m., or Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
