Our financial institution is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide superior customer service using the bank’s telephone system. This individual will assist customers with account inquiries, debit card issues, e-statement questions, online banking and BillPay. Additionally, he/she will also help problem solve and direct the customer to the appropriate department or branch.
