About The Position
Provides high-level customer service by interacting with customers to handle sales and service inquiries. This position will be responsible for assisting with customer orders and answering questions about products and marketing offers. This position will also be responsible for researching and resolving service complaints.
Requirements
- Must live in Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Iowa, or Florida
- Must have your own PC
- PC must be less than 5 years old and running Microsoft Windows 11 (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
- Must have privately connected high-speed internet service (50 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Must have computer and virus protection
- Must have anti-virus installed and up to date (Windows 11 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
