Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with call center software and basic computer applications.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed satisfactorily.
