About The Position

Bath Planet of Inland Empire is looking for a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team in the Wildomar, CA market. This is a commission-based position with a base salary and the opportunity to earn up to $100,000+ annually based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Contact homeowners by phone to schedule qualified appointments for free in-home consultations.
  • Deliver a professional scripted presentation while creating a positive customer experience.
  • Customize conversations based on homeowner needs and interests.
  • Handle homeowner questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Gather accurate customer information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and project details.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives and ensure all details are entered correctly.
  • Confirm appointments and communicate updates with sales representatives.
  • Respond to inbound calls from homeowners interested in our products and services.
  • Follow up with homeowners after initial contact.
  • Maintain accurate lead information and update reports.
  • Perform quality control calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
