About The Position
In this position, you will answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads. You will communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives, collaborate with our sales teams to cultivate opportunities for customer growth, and handle both inbound and outbound communication, expertly coordinating free in-home consultations. You will represent our offerings with enthusiasm and expertise, providing top-notch service to new and existing clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center role
- Remodeling or service knowledge
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
