The ideal candidate will assist customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a MUST

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to customers when required

  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Follow company procedures and communication guidelines
