About The Position

Please take this into consideration when applying. Paid time off is accrued after 180 days of employment. Health benefits, medical, dental, and vision is available on the 1st of employment. Fully work from home. You must successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of Nesting. You cannot miss a day of training. Hours of Operation: 24/7 to include weekends & holidays. Production schedules will be assigned during training and will be 2 hours up/down from training time. As we operate 24/7, you will be expected to work weekends as part of your regular schedule. About the Call Center Representative role: Provide exceptional customer support for claims, debit card issues, and website navigation Assist with commuter orders, eligible expenses, and balance inquiries Handle HSA contributions, distributions, and account setup Support tax form inquiries and profile updates Manage 30–40 calls per day while navigating multiple systems A few questions you may be asked: I need to submit a reimbursement request; can you help me with that? This is my first time logging in to the portal and I need my password reset. Can you help? I need assistance navigating your website, can you assist? Requirements

  • Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices).
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
  • You must have 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance.
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Flexibility to work weekends & holidays.
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required for this position, which includes education and previous employment verification (you may be asked to provide proof of each).
