Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers and Windows-based applications.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Demonstrates emotional resilience and maintains a positive, professional approach during challenging customer interactions.
• Results-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism, ensuring each customer interaction is positive and productive
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office tools and customer management systems
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and account management to enhance their experience
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills throughout every interaction
• Collaborate with team members to meet call center performance goals and improve overall service quality
