Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
Minimum of one year of previous customer service and/or sales experience required.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Proficiency with computers and Windows-based applications.
Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
Demonstrates emotional resilience and maintains a positive, professional approach during challenging customer interactions.
Results-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls with professionalism, ensuring each customer interaction is positive and productive
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office tools and customer management systems
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and account management to enhance their experience
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills throughout every interaction
Collaborate with team members to meet call center performance goals and improve overall service quality
