About The Position

Call Center Representative at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Perdiem and will work 8-hour, Evening shifts. Under moderate supervision, the PBX/ Call Center Representative answers a multi-incoming computerized PBX system and directs calls to the appropriate extension, department or individual. Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 1 year answering service background or professional switchboard operation
• Experience with heavy call traffic, multi-incoming and outgoing lines

Nice To Haves

• 2 years experience with computerized switchboard operation
• Experience in a healthcare environment
• 1 year PBX Operator experience
