About The Position
We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company! You would be responsible for calling leads and scheduling appointments over the phone. Make calls to leads to generate free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling. Follow up with warm leads who haven’t scheduled yet. Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments.
Requirements
- Great phone presence and conversation skills
- Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus
