The Call Center Representative I is responsible for being the first impression of the property when guests reach out via the phones. The CCR quotes, creates, groups, modifies, and cancels reservations using the property management system. The CCR is responsible for providing accurate information on the property, quickly identifying guest needs, and recommending appropriate accommodations for them while also upselling premium accommodation types.
